- Does the team have to learn a new system?
- No. Day-to-day work is a single LINE message — "expense 1200 hosting", "Ian off tomorrow". Nothing to install, no menus to memorise. Everything is also available in the full web console.
- Where does our data live, and what is it used for?
- In your own database; Vanture acts as the data processor. Four commitments: never reused for other purposes, never sold or shared, never used for marketing, never used to train AI models. Export everything anytime, or request deletion with a deletion certificate.
- What happens after a quote is accepted?
- The quote converts to an order in one click, carrying over the line items and the customer. Marking the order delivered raises an unsettled receivable automatically, and an overdue receivable appears in the daily brief.
- How do we hand the books to our accountant?
- One click produces a ZIP: a ledger CSV including invoice numbers, VAT and counterparty tax IDs, plus every receipt photo, with filenames that map back to each CSV row. The report is for internal management and for your accountant — it is not a statutory ledger.
- How long does it take to go live, and what does it cost?
- Fourteen days from the point your data is ready, including build, migration and training. Maintenance from NT,800/month (scaled by size, annual billing available); setup and onboarding are quoted by company size.
